Cinematography Course in Haldwani
Anyone can point a phone at something. Cinematography is what turns that shot into a frame someone
actually wants to watch โ the light, the angle, the movement, and the timing behind it. This course
teaches that skill from the ground up, on real cameras, with real hands-on shoots.
โ THE FIRST LESSON WE TEACH
Built For Anyone Who Wants To Shoot Better
Some students come in wanting to shoot wedding films. Others want to make short films, YouTube content,
or reels that actually look intentional instead of shaky and random. Some are already working with a
camera and want to understand composition and lighting properly instead of relying on guesswork.
Whatever your starting point, this course is built to take you from “I own a camera” to “I know how to
use it to tell a story” โ through real, hands-on shoots, not just slides about camera settings.
No prior filmmaking background is required to begin.
What You’ll Learn, Laid Out Like A Storyboard
Every module builds on the one before it โ the same way a film is planned shot
by shot before anyone presses record.
Camera Basics & Handling
Exposure, aperture, shutter speed, ISO, and framing โ the technical foundation behind every good shot.
Composition & Framing
Rule of thirds, leading lines, headroom, and depth โ how to make a frame feel deliberate, not accidental.
Lighting For Video
Natural light, three-point lighting, and shaping light to match the mood of a scene.
Camera Movement
Pans, tilts, tracking shots, and stabilized movement that adds meaning instead of distraction.
Shooting For A Story
Shot lists, coverage, and planning a scene so it actually cuts together properly in the edit.
Live Shoot Practice
Real, hands-on shoots on location and in-studio, with direct feedback after every session.
Portfolio & Certificate
You finish with your own shot footage as a portfolio, plus a certificate of completion.
What Makes This Training Different
You practice on actual equipment during real shoot sessions, not simulations.
Your footage gets reviewed and corrected directly, session by session.
You leave with a certificate and real footage to show, not just notes.
Slots arranged around students and working professionals.
